Hoods & Ducts Cleaning Services

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide hoods and ducts cleaning services for various facilities on United Kingdom/United States (UK/US) bases. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and cleaning hood and duct grease extraction systems, including hoods, ductwork, and fans/motors, in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association Standard 96 (NFPA 96) and the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) TR19 Grease Specification. The contractor will also be required to provide equipment and services necessary to fulfill the complete cleaning of the ventilation system, including scaffolding, removing metal ceiling tiles, and isolating fans. The contractor must maintain certifications and licenses to perform hood and duct grease extraction system cleanings and follow strict safety standards and guidelines. Some key points to note: * The contract period is scheduled to begin on 15 December 2025 to 14 December 2030 * The contractor must adhere to the minimum requirements in support of Operational Security (OPSEC) * The contractor shall not employ persons for work on this contract who are identified to the Contractor by the CO as a potential threat to the health, safety, security, general wellbeing, or operational mission of the installation and its population * The contractor must complete applicable training and awareness familiarization if they have access to on-base facilities or other government facilities for 30 days or longer
