Description
Austin Community College District (ACC) is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive payment‑gateway and eCommerce platform together with student refund disbursement services. The solution must support high‑volume credit/debit, ACH/eCheck, and international payments; deliver real‑time transaction posting, robust reporting, and a student‑facing portal that meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility. It must integrate bi‑directionally with ACC’s existing Ellucian Colleague SIS and later with Ellucian Banner, comply with PCI‑DSS Level 1, FERPA, GLBA, and maintain TX‑RAMP certification. The contractor will also deliver implementation, project management, and ongoing support, including 24/7 incident response and SLA commitments.
• Provide a secure, API‑first payment gateway with tokenization, MFA, fraud detection, and multi‑store eCommerce checkout.
• Enable student‑refund disbursement via ACH, prepaid cards, and paper checks, with a self‑service portal for status tracking and preference updates.
• Integrate fully with current and future SIS systems, supply detailed reporting/reconciliation tools, and meet stringent Texas‑state security certifications.
