Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) Services during Construction for the Advanced Purified Water Facility at American Flat

The Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is seeking proposals for Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) services during the construction of the Advanced Purified Water Facility at American Flat. The project involves improvements at the Reno-Stead Water Reclamation Facility, a new Advanced Purified Water Facility, export pump station, conveyance pipeline, polishing facility, storage basins, and injection, monitoring, and extraction wells. The selected ICE will provide cost estimating services, including reviewing contractor estimates and change orders, and performing schedule evaluations to support cost estimating and change order review. • The project requires the ICE to have experience in cost estimating and schedule analysis. • The ICE will work closely with TMWA staff and contractors to provide cost estimating services. • The proposal should include a description of the ICE's experience and qualifications, as well as a detailed scope of work and cost proposal. • The selected ICE will be required to maintain insurance requirements as stated in the sample agreement. • The proposal should include a certificate regarding debarment, which can be found in the attachments.
