Description
The Community College of Aurora (CCA) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive custodial services for its Centennial Campus and Lowry Studios. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the facilities at APPA Level 2, providing dedicated day porter coverage, event support cleaning, work order integration, and hourly supplemental services. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.
• Key services include: nightly custodial cleaning, day porter services, event support, work order integration, and hourly supplemental services
• Facilities to be serviced: Centennial Campus (33,000 SF) and Lowry Studios (26,583 SF)
• Cleaning standard: APPA Level 2
• Mandatory requirements: experience servicing higher education or comparable public facilities, maintenance of facilities at APPA Level 2, dedicated day porter services, and compliance with State accessibility requirements
