Fire-Rated Swinging Door Inspection and Maintenance Repair

The City of Santa Clara is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to provide inspection, and maintenance repair services for fire-rated swinging doors at various City facilities and in compliance with NFPA 80 Standard, in support of the Department of Public Works Facilities Division. Key responsibilities include: • Inspection of fire-rated swinging doors at various City facilities • Maintenance and repair services for fire-rated swinging doors • Compliance with NFPA 80 Standard • Support for the Department of Public Works Facilities Division The initial contract period will be 12 months, with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods. The City will issue a Purchase Order to the successful Bidder for the initial period, and pricing shall be firm fixed for the initial term.
