Description
The State of North Dakota’s IT Department is seeking a non‑competitive, statewide managed VoIP and fax solution (BEK Connect) to supplement Microsoft Teams for locations that cannot use Teams. The vendor will provide IP trunking, DID blocks, feature packs, conference bridges, call recording, reporting, fax services, optional hardware, and 24/7 technical support with a 4‑hour on‑site response guarantee. The contract is a two‑year base term with three optional one‑year renewals and is billed on a per‑month, per‑service basis.
• Managed VoIP and fax services (IP trunking, DIDs, conference bridges, recording, reporting)
• Statewide rapid on‑site support (4‑hour response, next‑business‑day hardware replacement)
• Monthly subscription pricing; no upfront hardware cost unless optional equipment is purchased
