The U.S. Embassy Public Diplomacy Section in Guatemala seeks a qualified tourism‑operator to provide integrated ground transportation, meal, and lodging services for diplomatic field visits throughout Guatemala. The contractor will act as the sole logistics coordinator, handling scheduling, vendor management, and required paperwork for each trip, and must deliver regular reporting and quality‑assurance documentation.
• Provide round‑trip ground transport (microbus and all‑terrain vehicles) to remote and urban destinations, with qualified drivers and vehicle standards.
• Supply three daily meals per traveler plus additional lunches for local participants, adhering to detailed menu specifications.
• Arrange 2‑ or 3‑star hotel accommodations meeting Guatemalan health and safety standards.
