Description

This Invitation for Bid(“IFB”) solicits offers from qualified vendors (alternatively “Proposer”, “Offeror” and “Bidder”), of which one vendor will be selected to provide Chargemaster Management Solution for SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, on behalf of its component hospital, University Hospital at Downstate (“UHD”). The selected vendor will manage and operate a Chargemaster Management Solution that includes an auditing solution, a regulatory reference solution, and a medication analytic solution. The auditing software analyzes an extract of the live Chargemaster (CDM) and details potential discrepancies while suggesting possible solutions. The auditing solution must be able to ensure that all services rendered are accurately captured and billed to reduce revenue leakage. The regulatory reference solution must support users with immediate access to comprehensive clinical, coding, financial, and regulatory reference data. The medication analytic solution assesses purchase, billing, and remittance data sets to provide visibility into margins, at the medication level, giving pharmacy leaders the insights needed to make informed business decisions on a multitude of pharmacy-related areas. The period of performance is for five years. Those wishing to participate in this procurement may download the IFB documents from the “Documents” tab and must submit via email a scanned copy of the Summary Information Form (Intend to Bid/No Bid) as soon as possible to Maria Francois, Contract Officer, at [email protected]. If you are unable to locate the IFB documents, please reach out to request copies. PLEASE NOTE: Vendors must download and complete the following Exhibits and submit them with their written proposal: Exhibit B: Mandatory Requirements and Detailed Specifications Proposers must indicate whether they meet the requirement in the Excel form and provide detailed responses and explanations to each requirement in their written proposal. Exhibit C: Cost Proposal Form/Price Page Exhibit H: Questions and Answers Form Any questions or clarifications needed must be listed on this form and submitted to [email protected] by the deadline indicated in the “Key Events” section of the Summary Information Form (Page 1 of IFB). Any updates to the solicitation and answers to questions will be posted and released through the New York State Contract Reporter, and via email. It is the responsibility of all vendors to: Register with the New York State Contract Reporter and sign up to receive notifications about this solicitation; or Periodically check the New York State Contract Reporter for any updates or answers to questions pertaining to this solicitation.
