Description
The Indian Health Service, Phoenix Area Office, is seeking clinical staffing support for the Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) in Polacca, Arizona. The contract will be for non-personal clinical staffing services, including Emergency Department Physician Services, Inpatient/Hospitalist Physician Services, Emergency Department Registered Nurse Services, Inpatient Registered Nurse Services, and Outpatient Registered Nurse Services. The contract will be a multiple-award, fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The Government intends to award multiple contracts to establish a contractor pool for HHCC clinical staffing support.

• Providing clinical staffing support for various medical services
• Meeting the required qualifications and certifications for each staffing area
• Having a robust candidate pipeline and replacement coverage approach
• Complying with the applicable PWS, QASP, and contract administration requirements
• Providing fully burdened hourly rates for each staffing area
• Participating in the evaluation process, which will consider factors such as past performance, technical approach, pricing, and performance risk
