Empire State University intends to contract with a vendor to provide a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This cloud-based software helps the University manage, secure and share high-value digital brand assets (photos, videos, graphics, text documents, etc.) and makes the content accessible to multiple campus offices and includes the following specifications:
· Single Sign-On (SSO)
· Search Capabilities
· Interface Usability
· Accessibility Compliance
· Mobile Access
· Localization
· APIs
· Third-party Integrations
· User Permissions
· Custom Reports

Asset Engagement Metrics Preferred vendors will also be able to provide that their service meets or exceeds the accessibility standard of WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance.
The results of this RFP will be used to award a five-year contract to a vendor determined to be most qualified to meet SUNY Empire’s needs as described in this RFP.
