Description
The Onslow Water & Sewer Authority is seeking proposals for a comprehensive HVAC maintenance and repair agreement. The selected contractor will provide preventative maintenance, inspections, and 24-hour emergency repair service for various HVAC systems. The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months, with options to renew for up to four additional 12-month terms. Proposers must submit a completed Quotation Sheet, which includes pricing for periodic maintenance, materials, labor, and emergency service calls. The evaluation process will consider factors such as price, methodology, quality, performance, and time specified in the proposals.
• The contractor will perform two visits per year to service each air conditioning unit.
• The contractor will provide all necessary tools, machinery, and equipment to complete the work.
• The contractor will maintain all records and documents related to the performance of the work.
• The contractor will provide a certificate of insurance showing coverage limits as outlined in ONWASA's Standard Service Contract Language.
