Public Records Search & Case Management Solution

The Department of Environmental Protection is seeking information from interested parties regarding Public Records Search & Case Management Solution. The solution must provide a secure, precise search across Microsoft O365 records, robust case management, auditability, deduplication, redaction, and deep integration with Azure and Azure enterprise systems. The solution must be designed for Azure-hosted deployments, scale to ~6,000 mailboxes, and comply with CJIS, HIPAA, and PII handling obligations, with SLA-backed reliability. • The solution must support single sign-on with multi-factor authentication and role-based access control. • The solution must have granular search capabilities, including field-level search, keyword and phrase search, and search scoping by repository/custodian/department. • The solution must have case management and auditability features, including protected logging, tamper-evident logs, and case-based records. • The solution must have advanced features, including deduplication, redaction, and PII detection. • The solution must have integration with records systems, including Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure Blob/Files, and Key Vault. • The solution must have system reliability and support features, including SLA-backed search speeds, availability, and DR, as well as 24x7 support.
