Unmarked Detective Fleet Lease Services

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vehicle leasing firm to provide police vehicle leasing services for thirty (30) vehicles. The lease term is expected to be multiple years, with the option to change the number of vehicles leased per year. The City reserves the right to reject all bids or cancel the project at any time. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with the City's equal employment opportunity and living wage ordinances. • The lease services will include 24/7 response to critical incidents and fulfillment of department service obligations. • The City may order more or less equipment and/or materials as necessary at the City’s sole discretion. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must provide all required documents, including a completed Form AA-1 and a Declaration of Non-Collusion. • The bidder must also provide proof of insurance and comply with the City's equal employment opportunity and living wage ordinances.
