Delaware State University is seeking a vendor to design, implement, and support a comprehensive Academic Management Platform (AMP) that will handle student learning and licensure tracking, fieldwork coordination, e‑portfolios, assessment dashboards, accreditation planning, and seamless integration with existing SIS, LMS, HR, and Azure AD systems. The contract is for a three‑year base term with options for two one‑year extensions or a negotiated five‑year term, and the solution must be cloud‑hosted with strong security, uptime, and compliance documentation.
