Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide chiller maintenance services at the Kerrville VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual inspections and repairs on two Trane chillers and two Evapco cooling towers. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four optional periods. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and tools to complete the work. The contractor will also be required to coordinate with VA staff and follow all applicable records management laws and regulations.
