Administration of Public Transit

The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, is seeking a vendor to provide administration of public transit programs for the West Virginia Division of Multimodal Transportation Facilities (DMTF). The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring efficient administration of FTA Sections 5339, 5311, 5311(f), 5305, and 5329 programs, maintaining compliance with FTA regulations, providing technical assistance and oversight to sub-recipients, and streamlining reimbursement processes and reporting to federal systems.
