The Department of Defense’s Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a vendor to provide Oracle Identity Governance Suite licenses and associated support services for a three‑year period (base year plus two option years). The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis. The scope includes delivering all items listed in the Bill of Materials (BoM), ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards, and meeting DOD 8570.01‑M information‑assurance certification requirements for personnel. Offerors must submit detailed pricing for each line item via SAM.gov and email, and must provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) using the VPAT.
