The Franklin County Municipal Court Clerk is seeking bids for a one‑year, Dell‑certified maintenance and support contract covering four Dell Connectrix switch units (DS‑6505B/R, DS‑6510 B/R, DS‑6610B APOS). The contract requires ProSupport Plus Mission Critical service levels, including 4‑hour emergency onsite response and 24/7 hardware/software technical assistance, with all labor, travel, parts, software upgrades, and delivery included.
