Description
The Barrow County School District is seeking competitive bids for Dell Chromebooks with management licenses. The district is looking to purchase between 2000 and 3000 Chromebooks in one purchase in the first quarter of 2026, and to also use this RFP as a purchasing vehicle for any additional purchases through June 30th, 2026. The Chromebooks must meet specific criteria, including having an Intel Processor N150, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, 64GB eMMC Hard Drive, and 1 year Accidental Damage Protection (ADP). Vendors must provide a response that includes the attached Vendor Response Form and indicates estimated delivery times and any potential issues in delivery.
• The district is seeking to purchase Dell Chromebook 11 (CC11260) 8-gig Non-Touch and Touch models.
• The Chromebooks must have a 1-year basic warranty and 1-year ADP, with an optional upgrade to 3-year ADP.
• The district requires 1 Google Chromebook management license per device.
• No product substitutions will be allowed.
• The district may accept any bid offered on an all, some, or none basis, within funds available, whichever is in the best interest of the school system.
