The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids to establish a contract for upgrading the existing Bomgar on-premises appliance to the Beyond Trust FedRAMP-authorized Remote Monitoring and Support cloud service. The initial purchase will include 80 concurrent licenses, and the vendor must provide the flexibility to add additional licenses on an ongoing basis. The contract will also include professional services for installation, configuration, and user training. • The contract term will be for one year with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. • The vendor must provide a quote for the initial purchase, including the cost of the licenses and professional services. • The vendor must also provide a quote for annual maintenance and support for each year of the contract term. • The solicitation includes a detailed specification of the requirements for the Remote Monitoring and Support Tool, including the technical specifications and the scope of work for the professional services.
