Description
The Dougherty County Board of Education School Nutrition Program is seeking bids for Cafeteria Supplies. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two one-year terms. The bidder must provide products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and the IFB. The Board/SNP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Key products to be supplied include: Recycled Broom, Brush and Mop Supplies, Cafeteria and Kitchen Equipment, Compactors, Trash, Cafeteria Type, Food Carts and Cafeteria Serving Units, Refurbished Cafeteria and Kitchen Accessories and Supplies, and Soup Stations, Cafeteria.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American Act and purchase domestic commodities or products.
• The bidder must provide a certification regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion.
• The bidder must provide references for similar products or services.
• The contract may be renewed for up to two one-year terms with the same terms and conditions.
