Concessionaire - Galaxy Club

The US Air Force is seeking a concessionaire to provide hot and cold food and non-alcoholic beverages at the RAF Mildenhall Galaxy Club. The concessionaire will be responsible for operating a kitchen and restaurant, as well as providing catering services for events. The contract will have a base period of one year with an option to extend for an additional four years. The concessionaire will be required to pay 15% of gross sales to the US Air Force. • The concessionaire will provide all personnel, transportation, supervision, and food and related supplies required to operate the kitchen and restaurant. • The concessionaire will develop menus and provide suggested menus for approval. • The concessionaire will provide catering services for events, including management, preparation, and delivery of food. • The concessionaire will operate the concession from Monday to Sunday, 7am-9:30pm, including British holidays. • The concessionaire will be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, storeroom, and dining area.
