LDC HVAC Maintenance

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC maintenance services at the Land Dominance Center in Fort Stewart, Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual preventative maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs of HVAC systems. The contractor will also be required to provide minor maintenance and repair services as needed. The contract will be for a period of one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. • The contractor must have experience in HVAC maintenance and repair. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services. • The contractor must be able to work in a secure environment and adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed schedule of work and a plan for performing the required services.
