Description
The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) is seeking a fully‑managed cloud‑to‑cloud backup and recovery service for its Microsoft 365 (E5) environment, Azure infrastructure, platform services, and identity systems. The contract includes a six‑month implementation phase (CLIN 0002) and a recurring services component (CLIN 0001) spanning a base year plus up to four optional years, with all data hosted on FedRAMP Moderate‑authorized sites. Offerors must provide immutable, air‑gapped backup copies, support East‑coast business‑hour help‑desk coverage, and conduct at least one recovery test per workload type during implementation.
• Scope covers Microsoft 365 E5 (≈ 400 users, ~30‑45 TB SharePoint data), Azure VMs (77 VMs, 17.3 TB), Azure SQL (71 GB), total Azure storage ≈ 167 TB, and AD/Entra ID identity backups.
