Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Dell equipment and related services. The scope of work includes the provision of desktops, laptops, ruggedized laptops, and associated peripherals. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and the evaluation factors set forth in the PORFP.
Key points to consider:
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007.
• The contractor must provide equipment that meets the specified requirements, including product specifications and pricing.
• The contract includes a Small Business Reserve designation, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract includes a Mercury Affidavit requirement, if applicable.
