This solicitation calls for a county‑wide, full‑service maintenance contract covering all of Gwinnett County’s IT hardware – desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, plotters, servers, storage arrays and other peripherals – for roughly 6,500 users and over 10,000 devices across more than 100 locations. The vendor must provide preventive and corrective services, 24/7 help‑desk support, on‑site response within four hours for critical incidents, loaner equipment for outages exceeding eight hours, and comprehensive parts, labor and travel costs in a single “not‑to‑exceed” price. Local staffing in the Atlanta area, OEM‑certified engineers (HP, Dell, Panasonic, etc.), detailed escalation procedures, monthly KPI reporting, and extensive insurance coverage (A‑M Best A‑10 rating) are required. The contract is initially for one year with four optional one‑year renewals.
