Description
The School District of Philadelphia is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive audio‑visual (A/V) equipment rentals, staging structures, and related support services for special events across its facilities. Respondents must submit an itemized price list for all rentable equipment and rate quotes for 14 common A/V packages and four standard stage sizes; a total cost is not required. The contract will cover recurring event needs throughout the year, with peak demand in August, October, February, May, and June.
• Provide rental of projection systems, microphones, speakers, and related A/V gear for auditoriums, cafeterias, and other large‑room venues.
• Supply and install staging equipment of varying dimensions to accommodate diverse event layouts.
• Deliver setup, operation, and technical support services for each event, with flexibility to scale up or down based on event size.
• Submit detailed, itemized pricing for each piece of equipment and separate service rate quotes as outlined in the solicitation.
• All proposals must include a signed copy of Addendum #1 (deadline extension) and Addendum #3 (pricing format guidance).
