Description
The Town of Franklin is seeking bids from qualified plumbing firms to provide on-call plumbing services at various town and school buildings. The contract will be for a multi-year term, subject to annual appropriation, and will require the selected firm to provide a Certificate of Eligibility in Plumbing with the latest revised Commonwealth of Massachusetts DCAMM Update Statement. The work to be done under this contract will include on-call plumbing work and other incidental work as required.
• The contract term is estimated to be from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2028.
• The estimated cost of the project is $120,000.
• Bids must be submitted by 10:15 AM on March 6, 2026.
