R615--Beneficiary Locator and Outreach Services VBA Philadelphia - Insurances Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) is seeking information on vendor capabilities to provide beneficiary locator and outreach services. The services include obtaining current contact information for named beneficiaries, conducting research to identify possible alternate beneficiaries, and conducting outreach to beneficiaries to facilitate completing claims. The contractor will be required to provide monthly progress reports, perform electronic address searches, death determinations, and claims outreach. The contractor will also be required to report on updated information and results. The period of performance is one 6-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods. • The contractor will provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables as described in the performance work statement. • The contractor will deliver a contractor project management plan that lays out the contractor's approach, timeline, and tools to be used in execution of the contract. • The contractor will provide monthly progress reports in electronic form. • The contractor will perform electronic address searches, death determinations, and claims outreach. • The contractor will report on updated information and results.
