Consultant Support for Audio/Visual Systems, CCTV Systems, Man-Down Systems, and Panic Alarm Systems

The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals for Consultant Support for Audio/Visual Systems, CCTV Systems, Man-Down Systems, and Panic Alarm Systems. The selected vendor will provide Technical Project Management Services for oversight, coordination, and delivery of multiple technology systems within a healthcare/administrative facility. Key responsibilities include managing Audio/Visual systems, replacing a wireless duress/man-down system, and overseeing an existing medical CCTV system. The vendor will also provide support to internal departments and ensure smooth operations of AV, CCTV, Man-Down, and Panic Alarm systems at San Mateo Medical Center. • Manage Audio/Visual systems, including system assessment, requirements definition, service and maintenance contractor procurement, and service and maintenance oversight. • Replace a wireless duress/man-down system, including system assessment, requirements definition, procurement management, and implementation oversight. • Oversee an existing medical CCTV system, including serving as the primary liaison, ensuring contractor delivery of services, and providing centralized oversight. • Provide general project management responsibilities, including acting as the owner’s technical representative, developing and maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with IT, facilities, security, and end users.
