Description
Frostburg State University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide non-beverage vending machine services for the university campus. The successful proposer will be required to deliver services on a turnkey basis, including all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, products, transportation, and any other resources necessary to fully perform the requirements of the contract. The contract term will be for one five-year term, with the option to renew for an additional five-year term.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining vending machines, as well as restocking and servicing them.
• The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including a technical proposal and a financial proposal.
• The university reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all proposals, and to waive or permit cure of minor irregularities.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation and employment.
