Request for Statement of Qualification for Foster Care Placement Services

The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified contractors to provide Foster Care Placement Services (FCPS) for various programs, including Foster Family Agency, Foster Family Agency - Emergency Shelter Care, Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program, and Intensive Services Foster Care Foster Family Agency. The selected contractors will enter into Master Contracts with the County to provide these services. The target demographics for these programs include children, youth, and Non-Minor Dependents (NMDs) in need of out-of-home placement. The scope of work includes recruiting, training, and approving resource families, providing emergency intake and placement services, and delivering specialized treatment and care services. • The contractor must have experience in providing foster care services. • The contractor must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the RFSQ. • The contractor must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes all required forms and documents. • The contractor must participate in the County's Community Business Enterprise (CBE) program. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to debarment, suspension, and exclusion from federally funded contracts.
