Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to replace the HVAC system at the Greenbrier Ranger District in West Virginia. The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order, and the contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing furnace components and providing and installing new HVAC components. The period of performance is expected to be from June 25, 2026, to August 6, 2026. The contractor must provide pricing for all items and meet the delivery requirements listed in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor must provide a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements and shows a thorough understanding of them.
• The contractor must provide a detailed explanation of any requirement listed in the Statement of Work that cannot be successfully accomplished.
• The contractor must provide any other information they wish to be considered during evaluation as to their ability to complete the work within the schedule requirements.
