Claim Administrative Support Services

The City of Chula Vista is seeking competitive proposals from experienced and qualified individuals or firms to provide claim administrative support services, including handling of CA Government Tort Liability, Property and Recovery Claims. The selected firm will act as the representative of the City in the investigation, adjustment, and resolution of claims. Key responsibilities include providing program administration, professional and clerical claims services, and technically proficient staff. • Handle CA Government Tort Liability, Property and Recovery Claims • Provide onsite inspections and in-person contact with claimants and witnesses • Perform all services identified in the RFP • Provide program administration and professional/clerical claims services • Ensure technically proficient staff are available to perform services
