Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Supplemental Food & Consumables for State Hospitals and State Supported Living Centers Statewide. The contract will have an initial term with one 1-year renewal option. The scope of work includes providing supplemental food and consumable products to wards of the state. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation.
• The contract term is expected to start on February 23, 2026, and end on August 31, 2026, with an option to renew for an additional year.
• The HHSC oversees and coordinates the planning and delivery of health and human services in Texas.
• The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers IFBs for HHS.
• Bidders must submit their responses by February 16, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
• The HHSC reserves the right to modify the procurement schedule, change, amend, or modify the IFB prior to the response deadline.
