Description
This solicitation calls for a contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC duct‑cleaning services for residential units located at the Fort Hunter Liggett installation in Monterey County, California. The work includes cleaning of ductwork, coils, fans, air handlers, and associated components for one‑unit and two‑unit homes, as well as mold remediation and sanitization. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, safety documentation, insurance, and bonding in compliance with Cadence Communities’ requirements, and must be able to respond to routine, urgent, and emergency service calls within defined time frames.
• Clean and sanitize ductwork, coils, condensate pans, fans, blowers, and vents for single‑ and dual‑HVAC‑unit homes.
• Provide mold removal, surface decontamination, and post‑cleaning verification for each HVAC system.
• Meet strict safety, insurance, and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA, insurance limits, Real ID compliance) and submit a Safety Submittal Binder per the Owner’s checklist.
• Respond to service calls within 1 day (routine), 4 hours (urgent), or 1 hour (emergency) and submit work‑order documentation within one business day of completion.
• Perform work under a performance period of July 1 2026 – July 31 2029 (approximately three years).
