Two (2) Yr Contract to Provide Uniforms, Athletic Apparels, Badges,

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a two-year contract to provide uniforms, athletic apparels, badges, dress uniforms, hats/caps, belts for the Jefferson Parish Dept. of Fire. The contract includes providing dress uniforms, work uniforms, athletic wear, badges, and insignia. The vendor shall be responsible for sizing of personnel at various fire station locations and maintaining a stock of items to be tried on for sizing throughout the contract period. The vendor shall also provide badge tabs, embroidery, and other services as specified in the bid document. • The contract is for a two-year period. • The vendor shall provide a variety of uniform items, including shirts, pants, jackets, and hats. • The vendor shall be responsible for sizing and alterations. • The vendor shall provide electronic voucher/ledger system and maintain records of purchases. • The vendor shall comply with all specifications and requirements outlined in the bid document.
