Description
The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority is seeking proposals from firms to provide computerized ticketing and distribution solutions for the MassMutual Center. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a comprehensive ticketing system, including software, hardware, and support services. The solution should be able to handle ticket sales, distribution, and management for various events held at the MassMutual Center. Key features of the system may include:
