Description
The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide groundskeeping services for the Acadian Cultural Center (ACC) and Prairie Acadian Cultural Center (PACC) buildings and grounds. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to maintain the grounds in a professional and proficient manner. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the selection will be made based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.
• The contractor must provide a registered UEI# and references of applicable experience to receive the award.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and labor.
• The contractor must provide a detailed plan for the work, including a schedule and a description of the materials and equipment to be used.
• The contractor must ensure that all work is done in a manner that does not disrupt the normal operations of the facility.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance that meets the requirements of the contract.
