Description
The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine is seeking a vendor to provide services to support a conference in Kyiv, Ukraine, from June 22-26, 2026. The required services include rental of conference facilities, technical support services, catering, and accommodation for 36 traveling participants. The conference will be held in a 3-5 star hotel or conference facility in the center of Kyiv, with easy public access. The vendor must provide a purpose-built conference space, technical support services, catering, and accommodation that meet the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work.
Some key requirements include:
• Rental of a conference room with a minimum capacity of 70 people and a minimum size of 150 sq. m.
• Technical support services, including equipment and personnel to support hybrid format (online + in-person) and reliable, high-speed wi-fi/internet connection.
• Catering services, including coffee breaks and buffet lunch for 45 participants.
• Accommodation for 36 traveling participants in single occupancy rooms at a 3-5 star hotel within a 15-minute walking distance from the conference venue.
