The County is seeking a qualified concessionaire to operate a 440‑sq‑ft snack‑bar/food‑service outlet inside the Sand Piper Pavilion at Isla Blanca Park, South Padre Island. The vendor must provide all equipment, staffing, and supplies, comply with County health and safety standards, and pay a flat‑rate annual rent plus a percentage of gross receipts. The contract runs for five years, with specific operating hours that change between peak and off‑peak seasons. The award includes requirements for insurance, a bid bond, and a security deposit, and the County will audit financial records regularly.
