FWP Block Management Reservations

The State of Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is seeking vendor input on a cloud‑based reservation and hunter‑management system to support its public hunting access programs, beginning with the Block Management Program (BMA). The RFI is intended to capture market solutions, identify functional gaps, and shape a future solicitation. Vendors must describe relevant experience, outline required system components, flag potential risks, propose an implementation timeline, and give a non‑confidential price range. • Deliver a SaaS reservation platform capable of handling statewide hunting‑access reservations, landowner rule management, and hunter communications. • Provide integration concepts with existing Montana licensing, eligibility, and GIS systems, and meet state security, accessibility, and privacy standards. • Offer a rollout plan focused on the BMA first, then scalable to other access programs, including risk mitigation, support, training, and performance expectations. • Submit responses by 5 Mar 2026; the State will open them on 6 Apr 2026 for internal review.
