Finance & HR ERP Solution

The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a Finance and HR Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to replace its current system. The new system should include core function software application modules for finance, human resources, and payroll. Vendors should provide a response to each specification listed in the Qualification section of Attachment A: Technical Specifications and Vendor Response. The proposal should include information regarding the vendor's firm, staff qualifications, and experience in completing similar projects. • The system should have the following features: • Finance: General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Warehouse and Inventory Management (optional), School Level Accounting (optional) • Human Resources: Payroll, Benefits, Position Management, Employee Self-Service • The system should be able to integrate with third-party products and have a user-friendly interface • The vendor should provide implementation, maintenance, and support services • The vendor should have experience in implementing similar systems for large organizations • The vendor should provide references and case studies of previous implementations
