Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full suite of public‑safety uniforms for its Corrections, Fire & Emergency Services, Police Services, and Sheriff’s Office on a one‑year base contract with four optional one‑year renewals. The vendor must supply a wide range of garments (shirts, jackets, trousers, caps, rain gear, high‑visibility apparel, etc.) with agency‑specific embroidery, patches, and on‑site fitting services, and must meet extensive insurance and E‑Verify requirements.
• Supply “as‑needed” uniform items for four county agencies, with unit‑price inclusive of all custom embroidery, patches, and FOB‑destination delivery.
• Perform twice‑yearly on‑site fittings, maintain employee‑fit records, and provide samples within five business days of request.
• Meet strict insurance limits (CGL $2 M, auto $1 M, workers’ comp, umbrella, etc.) and maintain an A‑7 or better A.M. Best rating.
• Submit a sealed bid by 2:50 PM on June 8 2026 to the Gwinnett County Purchasing Division; questions due by May 14 2026.
