Description
The State of Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking proposals from authorized resellers for CrowdStrike Brand-Name specific Cybersecurity Solutions. The goal of this solicitation is to establish a Cooperative Enterprise Agreement that sets common, competitive pricing and standardized terms and conditions for the CrowdStrike platform. The agreement will be available for use by the State Agency and other public organizations. The contract will have an initial mandatory term of one year and four optional one-year renewal periods, for a total of five contract years. The vendor will be responsible for providing active contract management services, including tracking and reporting of licenses, and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
• Key aspects of the solicitation include:
• Cooperative Participation and Ordering: The rates, terms, and conditions established under this contract will be made available to other State and local Agencies and Political Subdivisions for subsequent purchases.
• Brand-Name Specific Procurement: The State has determined that a Brand-Name Specification is required, and only authorized resellers of the CrowdStrike portfolio of offerings will be considered.
• Pricing Structure and Volume Mechanism: Bidders shall provide all costs for providing the licensing and renewal management, including tracking and reporting services.
• Acceptance Criteria: The vendor must ensure the quality and compliance of all deliverables, including communication during downtime, compliance and confidentiality communication, change order notifications, documentation and reporting, and meeting cadences.
• Active Contract Management Services: The vendor shall be solely responsible for the proactive and accurate tracking of all licenses purchased or consumed under this Price Agreement.
