Description
The California State Lands Commission is seeking a contractor to provide audiovisual support for hybrid and virtual public meetings. The contractor will be responsible for providing gavel-to-gavel audiovisual support, live internet webstreaming, and video documentation for the archive of Commission meetings. The contractor must have experience providing audiovisual support for hybrid or virtual meetings and live streaming of meeting content. The contract will be for a period of three years, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029.
• The contractor will provide equipment and operators to facilitate public meetings for the Commission.
• The contractor will provide a complete live-edit video production system, utilizing an appropriate number of cameras to ensure all Commissioners, presenters, and audience-facing materials are clearly visible from multiple angles.
• The contractor will provide an appropriate number of microphones to ensure clear and effective audio coverage for all Commissioners, presenters, and audience participants.
• The contractor will host the Zoom webinar hybrid or virtual element of the meeting, using one of its Zoom webinar licenses, sending invitations to panelists and links to attendees per direction from the Commission staff.
