MHA Job No. S-2603 Public Housing Inspection Service

The Medford Housing Authority is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified proposers to conduct annual and special property inspections for both federal and state public housing properties. The inspections must be completed in accordance with HUD NSPIRE Guidelines for federal properties and the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code for state properties. The estimated cost is $40,000.00 annually, and the contract shall be for three years. • The proposer must provide technical and price proposals, as well as an electronic copy on a thumb drive. • The proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, 04/02/2026. • The Medford Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, whole or in part, to waive formalities or irregularities in the proposals and make awards deemed in the best interest of the MHA and the public.
