Request for Proposals for Event Space to accommodate the Economic and Business Research Center (EBRC) Bi-annual Event

The University of Arizona is soliciting proposals from vendors to provide event space and catering services for two major community events organized by the Eller College of Management. The events are the Eller Economic Outlook Luncheon and the Eller Breakfast with the Economists. The proposal submission deadline is November 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM MST. Vendors must submit their proposals in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) document, which outlines the scope of work, technical requirements, and terms and conditions. Key points to note: * The RFP is open to all vendors, and the University reserves the right to negotiate with selected vendors to arrive at a mutually agreeable relationship. * The University's Core Values, such as integrity, compassion, and inclusion, are central to its culture, and vendors are encouraged to review and uphold these values. * Vendors must submit their questions and requests for clarification in writing via a designated link, and all formal communications must be directed to the Procurement and Contracting Services department. * The University will make a good-faith effort to respond to vendor inquiries within five business days, and all addenda will be posted on the University's website. * The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the use of all departments at the University of Arizona, and other state universities, community colleges, and governmental entities may also access the agreement. The RFP document provides detailed instructions for proposal preparation, including the requirement for vendors to demonstrate a full understanding of the RFP and its terms and conditions. The University reserves the right to disqualify any vendor who fails to demonstrate such understanding or who submits a proposal that does not conform to the RFP requirements.
