Description
The State of Missouri’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, implement, and support a comprehensive Case Management System that will replace or integrate with existing OWD tools and processes. The solution must support a wide range of workforce services, including case distribution, job‑seeker journey management, provider partner coordination, labor‑market data services, reporting, and internal administration. Key deliverables include detailed project management plans (schedule, risk, communication, quality, security), configuration and maintenance plans, data conversion (65‑70 GB, ~900,000 documents), extensive testing (unit, integration, penetration, UAT, etc.), training, and post‑implementation support with a 12‑month warranty. The contract will be awarded after a competitive RFP process, with the award expected before the close date of 9 September 2026.
