Description
MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking qualified plumbing contractors to provide a range of miscellaneous plumbing maintenance, repair, and renovation services on an as‑needed basis across its campus. The scope includes domestic water line work, sanitary and storm sewer line installation/repair, backflow preventer testing, natural and medical gas line services, and general plumbing system upkeep. Bidders must submit a full proposal package through the SciQuest portal, include a HUB subcontracting plan, and comply with Texas state procurement rules, including House Bill 1295 disclosures for contracts over $1 M.
• Services cover water, sewer, gas, and back‑flow systems for a major research/medical campus.
• Mandatory submission of a HUB Subcontracting Plan and signed Rider Attestation; no cost reimbursement for proposal preparation.
